Key Qualifications

Ms. Kwan received her legal education in Australia and graduated with a combined degree in Laws and Economics (Accounting and Finance). She received her legal training in Hong Kong and was admitted to practice as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1998, and then in England and Wales in 2000.

Throughout her training and practice, Ms. Kwan has gained experience mainly in Civil Litigation (including personal injury, employee compensation, professional negligence, matrimonial, commercial and banking, bankruptcy and winding-up); and Company & Commercial matters (including sale and acquisition of business/shares, options agreements, debentures, incorporation of companies, advice on application for investment advisor licence, joint venture agreements, franchise agreements, charges and guarantees).
