On 17^thAugust 2015 our Partner Ms. Sarah Wong gave a talk in a seminar organised by the Catering Services Industrial Committee of the Chinese Manufacturers’ Association of Hong Kong (CMA) on the topic of “Management of Legal Risk Encountered by the Catering Services Industry”. Our Principal Partner Mrs. Christine Koo also attended the seminar, and together with Ms. Sarah Wong, shared many cases with the audience. The seminar was held at CMA’s conference room.

About 60 members of CMA attended the seminar, including Mr. Eddy Li (President), Mr. Tony Tai (Vice President), Mr. Paul Leung (CEO) , Mr. Jimmy Tsang (Chairman of the CMA Catering Services Industrial Committee) and Mr. Sam Fu (Consultant of the Committee). Members of the audience showed a strong interest in how to manage legal risk encountered by the catering services industry. They also asked many questions and had enthusiastic discussions at the seminar.

The seminar was followed by a dinner organized by the Committee. Everyone continued to share and discuss enthusiastically during the dinner.
