Mrs. Christine Koo is the principal partner of Christine M. Koo & Ip, Solicitors & Notaries located in Hong Kong. Mrs. Koo has over 30 years of experience gained from government and private sectors in Hong Kong and overseas,
as well as from working in-house for an international insurance corporation.
Mrs. Koo now specializes in IPO, acquisitions and mergers, investment fund, insurance and trust matters. She currently leads a team of lawyers to assist in IPO work in Hong Kong and overseas, and another team of lawyers to assist in trusts and wealth management work.
Mrs. Koo graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong, and is admitted to practice in Hong Kong, England and Australia (Victoria). |
